HM rolls out new brand values communications for Ricardo Plc

Harrington McDermott’s consultancy and design teams have been working together to support Ricardo in their recent brand value update and internal communication campaign.
With the need to communicate the new values to Ricardo employees in over 15 offices throughout the world, techniques such as road show presentations, office display graphics, desk-top screen displays, email communication and intranet messaging have all been used to enthuse staff during a changing and unsettling economic climate.
“The key to success with this project has been to keep the message simple, but effective and communicate in a range of methods that are engaging rather than creating additional paperwork and memos.” Explains Ben Holst, Account Manager, Harrington McDermott Ltd. “In addition to the internal campaign we are also applying the new brand message to external marketing campaigns for the group with a new marketing strategy for 2009-2010.”
